HOUSE RULES

1. Check-in / Check-out Times: Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM

2. Smoking Ban: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. It is permitted only in the outdoor areas (balcony and kitchen).

3. Respect for Silence: We ask you to maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to avoid disturbing others.

4. Cleanliness and Order: Please leave your room and common areas clean after use.

5. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or unregistered guests are not permitted.

6. Use of the Kitchen: The kitchen is shared; please wash and put away used dishes and utensils. Please close the door when using the kitchen.

7. Damage to Property: Any damage caused will be charged to the property manager. Please report any malfunctions.

8. Common Areas: Common areas are shared: please be respectful and cooperative with other guests.

9. Toilet Flushing: Only throw toilet paper down the toilet; use the bathroom wastebasket for other waste. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay!
